Terms of Service

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM PAYMENT AND ACCESS TERMS 

1) Payment Options and Autopay Requirement

Payment methods accepted

• Credit/debit card (recommended)
  
• PayPal (full payment only, unless otherwise offered at checkout)
  
• Wire transfer (full payment only)
  

Autopay required for installment plans

• If you choose an installment plan, you must enroll in automatic payments (autopay).
  
• You authorize MGSCC (and its payment processors) to automatically charge your saved payment method for each scheduled installment on the due date.
  

Valid payment method required

• You must keep a valid payment method on file for the duration of your installment plan.
  
• If your payment method expires or fails, you agree to update it promptly.

2) Installment Plan Terms

• Installments are charged automatically on the same calendar day each month as your first payment (or the nearest business day if required by the payment processor).
  
• Installment plans may range from 2 to 10 monthly payments (as offered at checkout).
  
• Each installment includes a $15 USD processing fee.
  
• You may request one pause of up to 2 months, with at least 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled payment (see Installment Pause Policy).

3) Refund Policy (Certification Program)

MGSCC offers the following refund structure:

7-Day Full Refund

• You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  

Partial Refund (Day 8–30)

• A 50% refund may be granted between days 8 and 30 if less than 50% of the course content has been accessed.
  

No Refunds After 30 Days

• No refunds are issued after 30 days from enrollment, regardless of progress or payment method.
  

Installment clients

• If you are on an installment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless a refund is approved under the rules above.
  

Exceptional circumstances

• Requests due to unforeseen events (for example medical emergencies) may be reviewed case-by-case. Documentation may be required.

4) Access, Certification, and Completion

Access

• Course access is granted immediately after the first payment clears.
  

Certification

• Certification is issued only after:
  
  1. 100% of the program fee (including all installments) has been received, and
     
  2. The participant has successfully completed all program requirements.

5) Late Payments, Suspension, and Non-Payment Enforcement

Grace period and late fee

• If a scheduled installment payment is not successfully processed on the due date, you have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method and bring the account current.
  
• After the grace period, a late fee of $25 per week will apply for each week (or partial week) the payment remains unpaid.
  
• If you need to change your payment date, you must request it in advance (at least 7 days before the scheduled charge). If approved, late fees will not apply during the approved adjusted period.
  

Autopay + retries

• Autopay is required for installment plans.
  
• We may re-attempt failed payments automatically based on our payment processor’s retry schedule

Suspension and termination 

Suspension

• If a payment remains unpaid after the grace period, MGSCC may suspend access to course materials, community access, and certification benefits until the account is brought current. 

Termination

• If your account remains unpaid for 30 days after the original due date (or after repeated failed attempts), MGSCC may:
  
  • terminate enrollment,
    
  • permanently revoke access, and
    
  • require full payment of the outstanding balance before any reactivation is considered.

Reactivation 

Reactivation

• If access is suspended or terminated for non-payment and you later request reinstatement, MGSCC may require:
  
  1. payment of all past-due amounts, and
     
  2. a reactivation fee of $100, and
     
  3. re-enrollment in autopay before access is restored.

INSTALLMENT PAUSE POLICY 

Participants may request a pause in their installment plan under these conditions:

• Eligibility: Request must be submitted at least 7 days before the next scheduled payment.
  
• Duration: Up to 2 months.
  
• Limit: One pause during the payment plan period.
  
• Resumption: Payments automatically resume after the pause period.

WORKSHOP MODEL REFUND POLICY 

1. 7-Day Full Refund (Before Workshop Begins): Full refund within 7 days of enrollment as long as the live workshop sessions have not started.
   
2. 50% Refund (Up to 48 Hours Before Start): 50% refund if requested more than 48 hours before the first live session.
   
3. No Refunds Once Workshop Begins: No refunds after the live sessions begin.
   
4. Exceptional Circumstances: Reviewed case-by-case with documentation.
   
5. Installment Clients: Remain responsible for scheduled payments unless a refund is approved under the terms above.
   
6. Autopay: If an installment option is offered for a workshop, autopay and non-payment enforcement terms above apply.

POLICY UPDATES

MGSCC may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to all future enrollments and payments. We encourage participants to review these terms periodically.
