My background as project manager gives me deep insights into best-practices in project management and training methodologies. I offer professional development, focusing on integrative and transformational approaches including coaching stakeholder coaching for Leaders and Teams (Marshall Goldsmitn Executive Coach certified); operational psychology techniques (Certified MBTI Level I and II) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Certified NLPNL at practitioner level).
