He runs his own consultancy Umbrella Training and Consulting and facilitates leadership development programs. Implemented projects include advisory and training services on business performance improvement, strategy development, reward and organizational diagnostics, leadership assessment and development, HR certification and transformation program, analytical surveys.
Qualifications & Accreditations
Valeriy is an internationally recognized Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) and a guest lecturer at KAZGUU University for Human Resources Management course where he contributes to the development of future leaders and professionals. He is also a psychometrics practitioner accredited by the British Psychological Society (Test User Certificate in Occupational Assessment) and by the European Federation of Psychologists’ Association (Test User Certificate in Work and Organizational Assessment).
