Tolis is the Manager Business Support and Development at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN www.kaeser.com as from May 15, 2013. His role at KAESER is to cooperate with individual executives and teams at HQs and Subsidiaries as the 'catalyst' for improving the collective and individual performance and for supporting his colleagues on how to: 1). Make the best out of oneself and their teams/colleagues 2). Think ahead, think "end-user", think divergent, think collectively and reason backwards with clarity, transparency and self-commitment to "stretch oneself". 3). Remain engaged, agile, flexible and resilient during the implementation phase. Areas of focus so far are: a). International Accounts handling, b). Personnel and Talent Development c). Effective collaboration between and within Subsidiares, Teams and Departments Between 1987 and 2003 Tolis has been a Senior Commercial Executive with large FMCG Multinationals and Greek Software Companies: - Senior Commercial Execuitve at Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson&Johnson, Reckitt-Benckiser, Interaxon and Singular Retail Business. - Business Unit Manager at the Consumer Unit of Kodak. - Strategy Director at Diageo. Since 2004, Tolis has been a Business Coach. Client companies are active in several industries, namely INDUSTRIAL RETAIL, FMCG – PHARMA – FOOD, TECHNOLOGY SERVICES & PRODUCTS, SERVICES. -EXECUTIVE COACHING: Tolis is coaching individuals, who want to develop themselves professionally and socially (i.e. improve their professional and social behaviour, advance their career and live a balanced life). Executive Coaching of that kind has taken place with 68 persons so far. -TEAM COACHING: Tolis is facilitating and coordinating team members to define their “team’s unique entity” and the way they want to: • evolve that entity in the future to make the best out of themselves and their team system. • implement their strategic plans and decisions more effectively and efficiently • keep on track and be focused during the implementation phase.
