Sarah started her career at a young age when she worked in the family business, giving her a firm grounding in business fundamentals and an innate understanding of hard work. She graduated as an ACCA accountant shortly after the sale of the family business. Sarah went on to work for a number of multinational companies and accountancy firms, before founding her own company, GroForth, in 2014. Under her leadership, GroForth flourished and expanded, culminating in a successful sale in 2023. While leading Groforth, Sarah gained extensive knowledge about the external and internal challenges that both businesses and corporates face. She found that there was one consistent factor at play that determined success: People. People are the backbone of a business, irrespective of position and many require coaching to progress either personally or from a business perspective. It was while leading GroForth that Sarah sought Business coaching herself, to drive her and her business forward, which opened her eyes to the power of coaching. Sarah’s supportive and non-judgemental approach provides a safe space to empower clients and allow them to uncover the most effective solutions to move forward.

Sarah’s 25 years of business experience has given her a unique skill set to assist clients in achieving their goals. Her extensive business knowledge, allied to her coaching approach, allows her to work with her clients in a highly collaborative manner. Sarah works with clients to understand and assess where they are and where they want to go both personally and professionally, ensuring there is an alignment between both. Sarah has helped many business directors, owners, and founders to change and improve their mindset through coaching, to enable them to make a number of small transitions over time which leads to large transformations of themselves and their businesses’ performance. Her Approach Sarah's coaching philosophy focuses on maximising individual potential in a non-judgmental, safe space. She believes in the power of people as the backbone of any business and her aim is to coach them for personal and professional success. Sarah's approach is tailored to each individual or organisation, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. An experienced business founder and executive coach, Sarah is from the South West of Ireland and is now based in Dublin City, Ireland.
