In his work, RK is particularly known for using “Movie Reviews (REEL|Life)” methodology extensively for “Immersive-Reflective” Learning.

RK is an Alumnus of prestigious National Defence Academy and Master in Human Resource Management from Institute of Management Studies, DAVV-Indore. RK is accredited on Belbin Team Roles, passing with merit, and is also trained as PCMM Assessor by Bill Curtis & Ron Radice. He has also completed “Six Sigma for HR”, Green Belt.
