A career starting at Harvard's McLean Hospital, focused on clinical psychology, individual development and group therapy. A passion for helping people improve in life and leadership led to a Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology, a research and professional focus on coaching in organizations, specializing in team coaching, peer-coaching, and executive coaching best practices, and 15+ years in Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, government, healthcare, and the public services sector helping individuals, teams, and organizations expand potential and improve performance.
Professional Experience
Throughout his professional career of more than 15 years, Daniel has worked with various senior executives at Fortune 100 companies supporting them in organizational culture change and leadership development while connecting this to their business strategy. Daniel has been selected by Marshall Goldsmith to work on various client projects over the years. He also collaborated with other thought leaders in the field of executive development as well as world-renowned leadership development organizations such as Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and Harvard University's Institute of Coaching (IOC). He is an accomplished executive coach with strong business acumen, in-depth technical knowledge on human behavior, and applied expertise in leadership and talent development. Throughout his career he worked with hundreds of leaders at various organizational levels including many senior executives at Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, government agencies and healthcare organizations, both as a coach as well as organizational culture and leadership development consultant. Daniel has demonstrated skills and competence in business strategy, organizational dynamics, executive coaching and leadership development. Some of his clients include Allergan Pharmaceuticals, the US Air Force, the County of San Diego, The Art Institute, CAPM, PNNL, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Costco, and T-Mobile.
