For just over a decade, the work has been coaching. Exclusively. Experienced professionals from their first role to the most senior levels of complex multinationals. Through job searches, difficult teams, organisational upheaval, and the conversations people cannot have anywhere else. Every client has shaped how this work is done. Before coaching: sixteen years at UBS, the last five as a Managing Director, then CFO of Equatex, a UBS-backed private equity spin-off. Earlier still, senior roles at KPMG, Black & Decker, and Commonwealth Bank, across Australia, the USA, and Switzerland.
