 I combine the curiosity of an explorer, the discipline of a learner, the common-sense of a designer and the deep and compassionate listening of a coach to foster transformation processes and drive systemic change.

Having spent 20 years as an entrepreneur, innovator and consultant for the Italian government and major banking institutions, communication companies, newspapers and TV Networks in Italy and abroad, I now focus in supporting leaders and teams to promote success and transformation at all level of the organization.

I have a background in Economics and I trained in Dynamic Governance and Nonviolent Communication.
