My approach is that every moment offers an opportunity to learn and that experimenting is an integrative part of the learning and accomplishment cycle. 							            

In my view, coaching is all about learning about yourself, your choices, your results, and your ability to choose differently to create something new for you and the people and communities around you. 
Deciding to work with me is making the conscious choice to learn, take risks, and advance with purposeful velocity.  

In addition to my work with entrepreneurs and corporate professionals, I work with senior managers, small business and next-generation owners to inspire them to trust themselves, step forward to live authentically, be OK with their vulnerability, and confidently stand up in their personal as well as their professional lives.

I received my professional coaching training from Coach U Inc., one of the first coaching schools, and the Chartered Management Institute. My master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, together with being a Marshal Goldsmith certified Executive & Team Coach, allow me to support & guide my clients through lasting behavioural & business change. 

Presently I am training to become an ACE Certified Coach (Accelerating Coach Excellence) with David Peterson (former Senior Director of Executive Coaching & Leadership at Google) and David Goldsmith (pioneer of the coaching industry). Also, as a faculty member, I enjoy teaching Leadership and Customer Service courses for the FORD Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific Academy.

My next-generation owner clients have elevated and transformed their businesses to reach financial stability and secure long-term sustainability. My other career coaching clients stepped out of unfulfilling jobs to start a successful social marketing consultancy, changed their industry, while others found their road to attaining their dream jobs. Working with organisations, I led transformative projects and drove leadership teams to improve internal communication, speed-up innovation and raise competency levels that are required to fully apply international industry standards.
