As the daughter of immigrants and a former employee with transnational corporations, Dimitra brings multi-cultural and global perspectives to the workplace. As a coach, she strengthens inter-personal connections and bridges the gap between disparate perceptions and realities. As a consultant, Dimitra works with clients to redesign workplaces as living communities that increase employee engagement, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and achieve higher business results. Prior to coaching and consulting, Dimitra worked as a program manager in the non-profit and public sectors, an English-as-a-second-language teacher, and a trail-building and trail maintenance crew leader. Her first job was as a potato peeler and busgirl at her family's diner. In her spare time, she loves to go hiking and backpacking any chance she gets.
Professional Experience
After earning an advanced degree and working more than 20 years across all sectors, Dimitra began a private practice in organization development consulting three years ago. She continues to draw upon her experience as a learning and development professional and project manager. In 2020, she added stakeholder-centered coaching to her repertoire of skills. Qualifications & Accreditations
Dimitra holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, as well as graduate-level certifications in Training & Development and Organization Development.
